As a senior executive service member (ret) and USAF veteran, Dr. Gardner has over 30 years of experience transforming large, geographically dispersed classified and unclassified federal IT organizations. He drove national agency innovation agendas and delivered operational excellence and readiness for IT portfolios ranging from $475 million to $1.2 billion in annual spending to protect citizens' lives and properties across the United States and its territories. Gardner is a proud member of the Tuskegee University ROTC Hall of Fame and was commissioned into the USAF in 1986 (Detachment 015), upholding the Tuskegee Airmen's legacy of the highest standards of Integrity, Service and Excellence.

Malik Gholson owns and operates a company that provides branding and marketing solutions to many schools in New York City. He is the designer of the Cape Charles/Northampton Heritage logo and has a deep interest in the Rosenwald story as several relatives are alumni of the Cape Charles school.
Donna Kohler has owned and operated the Fig Street Inn in Cape Charles since 2010. In addition to more than two decades as a small business owner/operator of independent lodging, she previously worked in marketing and events management in for-profit and non-profit settings.
Chuck Little has been involved with the CCRSRI since its inception. He came to the Eastern Shore as the sales director of the Bay Creek Golf and Marina Resort. He managed both a Blue Heron Realty and Coldwell Banker office and owned a very successful vacation rental management company in Cape Charles.
Dr. Christopher Lyon holds a Ph.D in early childhood education and has decades of experience in administration, teaching and curriculum writing working with school systems, institutions of higher education and the National Academy of Sciences.
Subrina Parker had a 34-year career in education and retired as the principal of Kiptopeake Elementary in 2022. She serves as Secretary of the Northampton NAACP, Board member of the Barrier Islands Center, VP of Beta Alpha Pi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Trustee at Ebenezer AME Church, and member of the Advisory Board for Project Horizon at ESCC.
Richard Press received a BFA from Norfolk State University and has 32+ years of experience in the retail management industry.
